A first conversation about the house, how you live in it, and the practical priorities: scope, budget, and timing. We ask that every decision-maker join, so the project starts aligned.
Proposal & Agreement

A written scope, fee, and schedule before anything starts. You know what the studio does, what it costs, and when it happens — in English and Mandarin.
Concept

Mood, layout, and material direction, with 3D views so you can see the rooms before committing to them.
Design Development

Drawings, specifications, and a complete selection board with pricing. Every item is approved by you before it is ordered.
Procurement & Construction

We order, track, and receive each piece, coordinate the contractor’s work, and review it on site against the design. You can follow progress in the client portal at any time.

Delivery, placement, and styling in one coordinated install, followed by a walkthrough and a care guide for the materials in your home.
